All You Need Is $191 and a Dream

Best-friends Parth Sharma and Girish Karani only had $191 when they walked into the casino back in 2002. They turned their winnings into a worldwide brand of men’s fashions that has recently extended to a children’s line.

After they transformed their cash from the casino into the clothes they dreamed of creating, they took their samples on a two-month road trip from New York to Los Angeles and back, stopping in as many specialty stores as they could along the way. While they were on that trip, they knew that their line of supremely attractive shirts would be a success. They vowed never to stray from their four principles: each shirt has to have an awesome fit, each shirt has to be absolutely comfortable to wear, the detailing on each shirt has to be something that hasn’t been seen before, and no shirt should break the bank. All of their products were made with these ideas in mind, and today they’re featured in high-end retailers like Nordstrom.

191 Unlimited has moved beyond button-down shirts, now offering tees, skinny ties, faux leather jackets, and perfect fitting pants and shorts. Not content to simply craft hot, one-of-a-kind clothes for guys to wear when they’re not wearing suits, 191 went from the men to the boys. Coming out with 191 Kids, Parth and Girish are now making sure that even the little dudes have stylish duds to rock. Their button-ups look anything but buttoned up. Check out 191 Unlimited (or 191 Kids if you have a little bro or kid of your own) and see how you can stay fly without your old man’s suit and tie.

About 191unlimited

191 Unlimited was founded in 2002 by long time best friends Parth Sharma and Girish Karnani. The two college grads took $191 to the casino and won enough money to launch their first 191 Unlimited collection. They then loaded their car with samples and started a two month trek from NY to LA and back, stopping in as many cities as possible to show their line. 191 Unlimited now sells in many countries and can be found in over 1500 stores. Dreams come true...
